摘要
质量管理历来是提倡预防在先,不要有"死后验尸"的思想。强化验收和过程控制的要求,因此在监理细则中就应该贯彻这种精神。要对施上过程中影响施工质量的人、机、料、工、环各个要素从施工项目开始至结束,设置一些质量控制点,开展定时定点的质量检查验收。
The quality control is always the advocate precaution in first,after do not have 'dies,the autopsy' thought. Strengthened approval and process control request,therefore should implement this spirit in the overseeing regulation. Must to execute the human who in the process affected the construction quality,machine,the material,the labor,link each essential factor from the construction item to start to the conclusion,established some quality control point,the development fixed time fixed point quality testing approval.
