超高层建筑节能设计之我见

目前我国超高层建筑的节能问题,已引起了国内外建筑节能界的密切关注,就上述问题而言,仅凭国内建筑设计单位的设计能力也不可能完全解决好,国内的研究力量和设计力量联合攻坚的局面尚未形成,还缺乏政府的政策引导,于是就有大量的外国咨询公司介入国内的重大项目的节能咨询,由于对中国建筑节能标准把握不够,且不了解地区性的气候资源、技术能力、经济水平等,屡屡导致围护结构选型上出现了不切实际的不合国情的错误设计。

At present our country extra-high building's energy conservation question,has aroused the domestic and foreign construction energy conservation close interest,speaking of the above question,only depends on the domestic architectural design unit's designed capacity not to be impossible to solve completely,the domestic research strength and the design strength union attacking a fortified position aspect not yet forms,but also lacks government's policy guidance,therefore has the massive foreign country Consultant firm to involve the domestic major issue the energy conservation consultation,because constructs the energy conservation standard to China to grasp insufficiently,and did not understand that the topicality climatic resource,technical ability,after the Jishui equality,caused on the building enclosure shaping to appear impractically repeatedly has gathered the national condition the wrong design.
