摘要
西部高校核心人力资源流失现象日趋严重,而且影响了西部高校的正常发展,进一步阻碍了促进西部发展,消除东西差距的进程。导致核心人力资源流失的原因有多种,本文从东部诱因、西部在留住人才方面的不足以及人才自身需求三个方面进行了分析,旨在通过这种分析找出避免人才流失现象的对策,关键在于西部高校能从多方面激励和留住人才。

Caused the core human resources outflow the reason to have many kinds,this article from the eastern part cause,west is detaining the talented person aspect the insufficiency as well as the talented person own demand three aspects has carried on the analysis,was for the purpose of discovering through this kind of analysis avoids the brain drain phenomenon the countermeasure,the key lies in the western university to be able from to drive and to detain the talented person variously.
