摘要
由于现阶段社会体制、企业观念、高校资源的诸多原因,高校经管类专业学生走入严重的实习困境。本文通过对困境产生原因的分析、国内外实习模式的比较研究,以人力资源管理专业为例探索出一种行之有效的新模式。
As a result of the present stage society system,the enterprise idea,university resources' many reasons,the university walks into the serious practice difficult position after the tubular goods college major. This article through has the reason analysis,the domestic and foreign practice pattern research quite to the difficult position,explores one kind of effective new pattern take human resources management specialty as the example.
