摘要
调整学校布点的过程中,由于布点调整扩大化、追求办学规模化、导致学生上学难、家庭经济负担重、教育资源浪费等突出问题。对此,提出了坚持以人为本、因地制宜、顺应成长规律、建设共享资源、排除经济动机等布点调整的措施,确保人人有学上。
