摘要
教师是学院建设的一支重要队伍,建立科学高效的教师竞争激励机制,充分调动教师的积极性,全面提高学院的办学水平,是人力资源管理部门的核心工作。本文重点论述了强化竞争激励机制的重要性和必要性、构建教师竞争激励机制的有效措施。
The teacher is an important troop which the institute constructs, establishes the science highly effective teacher to compete the incentive mechanism, arouses teacher's enthusiasm fully, raises institute's school level comprehensively, is human resources management department's core work. This article elaborated the strengthened competition incentive mechanism importance and the necessity with emphasis, constructs the teacher to compete the incentive mechanism effective action.
