试论邓小平独立自主外交思想的成因

以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体所确立的独立自主外交思想的依据概括起来主要有四个方面,即:一,马列主义尤其是关于和平发展的外交思想论述;二,第二次世界大战结束以后特别是自冷战结束以来和平与发展的时代主题;三,中华人民共和国建国以来党在外交实践方面的经验教训;四,我国正处于社会主义初级阶段以及社会主义初级阶段的历史任务。
