中国古代国际法存在探析

古代春秋时期,中国大陆上便存在着某种型态的国际法规则或习惯,自从秦始皇统一中国后,此种适应当时国际交往需要的国际法就停止发展了,直到西方国际法传入中国又重新得到发展。此类似国际法规则和习惯是否称之为国际法?中国古代是否存在国际法?本文将通过对学术界各观点之提炼提出自己看法。
