摘要
自然法思想是人类关于对法哲学思考最为光辉的亮点之一,在西方法律思想史占有着重要地位。但是,自然法的发展经历了几次嬗变——在神与人之间来回摇摆,仅在古代社会就经历了从神灵——人间——上帝的过程。两次嬗变都是人类认识自己及所处社会环境的结果。
The natural law thought is the one of the most glaring legal thought on jurisprudence.However,the development of natural law underwent several transferring with frustration.But the transferring based on consideration about human being and its social environment.
