随着以人为本的管理理念日益深入人心,员工满意度也成为组织管理是否有效的一个重要指标。影响员工满意度的主要因素包括工作本身的因素、薪酬体系的因素以及管理者风格的因素。企业应重视招聘选拔、制定合理的薪酬制度、采取民主式的管理风格逐步提高员工满意度。
Strikes root in the hearts of the people day by day along with the humanist management idea,the staff degree of satisfaction also becomes the organization to manage whether an effective important target.Affects the staff degree of satisfaction the primary factor including work's factor,the salary system's factor as well as the superintendent style factor.The enterprise should take seriously to advertise for selects,the formulation reasonable salary system,to have the democracy-like management style to enhance the staff degree of satisfaction gradually.
