高校自行车管理制度的创新性建议及研究——以四川省各大高校为例

高校自行车管理问题影响着高校的秩序和学生的日常生活,是校方管理和广大学生生活中非常重要的一个环节。本文以现有自行车管理制度为基础,探寻一种解决目前高校关于自行车管理方面存在的普遍问题的方法。提出实行自行车租赁制度,并对其进行论证。这是实践中的创新,是我国高校自行车管理办法的尝试。

The management of bicycles on campus has great effect on the order of the campus and students'daily lifes.So it is the key point of the management on campus and students'daily lifes.In this essay,based on the current management policy,we're exploring a solution to solve the general problems in our management of bicycles on campus.After proposing the bicycle leasing policy,we will demonstrate it.It is a revolution in our practice and also attempt in the management of bicycles on campus.
