毕业论文全过程管理——之导师选择和就业指导改革

对于大学本科学生而言,毕业设计是一个非常重要的实践性教学环节,针对目前工商管理专业人才培养存在的重理论轻管理实践,重日常业务轻营销策划的现状,特别是在实践中我们发现学生对毕业论文采取应付态度者不是少数,为此,我们尝试在工商管理毕业生中启动了毕业论文全过程管理之导师选择这一教改创新模式和研究性实践活动,以期取得理想的效果。
