女大学生是国家宝贵的人力资源财富,但在我国劳动力市场上,仍然存在着性别歧视,使女大学生就业难。本文对我国劳动力市场存在性别歧视问题进行探讨,有利于维护妇女平等就业权,实现男女平等,人尽其才创造有利条件。
The female university student is the country precious human resources wealth,but in our country labor market,still has the sexual discrimination,the maidservant university student gets employed difficulty.This article carries on the discussion to our country labor market existence sexual discrimination question,is advantageous in maintains the woman equality employment power,realizes the equality of the sexes,enables each person to develop his talents the creation advantage.
