摘要
全球经济危机对我国的房地产提出了严峻的挑战,房地产风险防范成为当前工作的重点。本文通过对房地产企业运营过程中遇到的各阶段风险分析,提出了房地产风险防范的对策。
Economic crisis has challenged the real estate industry of our country, real estate risk prevention has become more more and more important. This text analyse all the risk in each stage,advance solution to the preventation of real estate risk. It will contribute to the healthy development of the real estate.
