城乡产业发展统筹内涵初探

党的十七届三中全会提出了"统筹城乡产业发展"思想,标志着我国城乡发展统筹方略取得了重要突破。统筹城乡产业发展,是推动城乡统筹协调发展的重要内容、物质支撑和有效途径,是科学发展战略思想的一个重要支撑点,是我国社会经济发展战略的重要一环。本文对"城乡产业统筹"的概念、战略意义和基本内容等方面进行探究,从较新的角度,解析统筹城乡发展,探索更为有效的城乡协调化发展途径。

Third Plenary Session of the Party's 17 proposed the 'Co-ordinating the developments of urban and rural industries' ideology, that marks China's overall strategy of urban and rural development has made an important breakthrough. Co-ordination of urban and rural industrial developments, is an important part, material pillar and effective way to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,an important support of scientific development strategy, and a key link of our country's socio-economic development strategy. In this paper, by exploring the concept, strategic significance and basic elements of 'co-ordinating urban and rural industries',from the relatively new point of view, dissect coordinated urban and rural development, and explore more effective coordinated urban and rural development path.
