摘要
2006年国家对事业单位收入分配制度进行了改革。这次改革的主要目的是构建科学、合理、公平公正的事业单位收入分配体系。新的分配制度对基本工资结构进行了调整,工资调整频率提高了,工资运行机制发生了变化,如何适应新的工资制度变化,提高工资管理水平是每个工资管理人员应认真思考的问题。本文从高校岗位绩效工资制度的主要特点入手,通过分析工资管理中存在的问题,对高校如何加强工资管理提出些思考。

The new distribution system made the adjustment to the base pay structure, the wages adjustment frequency enhanced, the wages operational mechanism has had the change, how to adapt the new wage payment system change, raised the wage management level is the question which each wage management personnel should ponder earnestly. This article obtains from the university post achievements wage payment system's main feature, has the problem through the analysis wage management, how to strengthen the wage management to the university to propose a ponder.
