《中华人民共和国可再生能源法》已于2006年1月1日开始正式实施其实施细则也在制定中,但是现在怎样才能使可再生能源法落实到实处?怎样使可再生能源法真正成为占世界人口四分之一的中国走向可持续发展的砝码?本文将对本法的进行浅议。
