酒店员工是酒店企业的核心灵魂,员工的工作态度、心理情绪、服务理念通过其服务质量影响到顾客对产品的体验与感知,进而影响顾客的满意度。本文从营造"以人为本"的酒店文化,建立科学有效的薪酬制度,强化员工培训、重视员工职业生涯规划,加强酒店的内部沟通四个方面介绍提高员工满意度的途径。
The hotel staff is the hotel enterprise's core soul,staff's work,the psychological mood,the service idea affects through its grade of service the customer to the product experience and the sensation,then affects customer's degree of satisfaction.
