基于实物期权的高科技项目投资机会价值和投资决策研究

分析和判断高科技项目是否有投资的价值以及什么时间进行投资,已经成为投资决策中的重要问题。本文基于实物期权方法,建立了高科技项目投资机会价值和投资时机选择模型,给出了模型不同情况下的解,分析了不同的参数对投资机会价值以及投资时机的选择的影响。

Analysis and estimation about whether a high-tech project is worthy to invest or not and when to invest has been a important problem in investment decision. Based on the real option theory,this article builds a model of how to compute the valuation of a high-tech program and when to invest i,it presents different solutions of the model in different situations.,and it also analyses that how different parameters influence the model.
