摘要
加强高校教师教学能力培养的方法与措施主要是:宏观层面,树立培养观念,明晰培养原则,并协调教学与科研失衡的现实矛盾;中观层面,倡导职位准入、岗前培训和在岗培养三管齐下;微观层面,通过提高高校教师职业道德修养和开展有效的教学反思来进行教学能力的自我建构与完善。
