岳阳张谷英村旅游经营模式探析

张谷英村是湖南古村落的代表,经过十余年旅游发展,由自主经营走向开发商承包经营,其经营效果却在短暂爆发之后长期趋于平淡。本文对张谷英村旅游发展过程逐一梳理,并对其中出现的问题如经营主体变动频繁、社区参与机制不畅等一系列问题试做探讨。

Zhang Guying village is one of ancient village in HU Nan province,during the past 10 years,it begins to change from autonomy operation pattern to contracted management pattern owned by independent developer,thus,the profits they've made tended to be stay in the same level,except a great profits in the beginning.In this paper,I focus the process of tourism development, and discuss the problems exist in it,such as frequent change of the mainstay,or the barrier exists in community's participation.
