辅导员是高校学生思想政治教育的主体队伍之一,在新的历史时期,辅导员要把握时代特点,更新教育观念,遵循教育规律,创新工作内容,改进工作方法和工作艺术,提高自身工作素质,以便帮助学生认识社会,培养学生的自我服务能力。
The instructor is one of university student Ideological and political education main body troops,in the new historical period,the instructor must grasp the time characteristic,the renewal education idea,follows the laws of education,the innovation work content,the improvement method of work and work art,improves own work quality,with the aim of helping the student to know the society,raises student's self-service ability.
