电力企业是我国支柱性的能源产业部门,在当前的市场经济环境下,为了适应电力企业的改革需要,提高企业竞争力和自主创新能力,在企业建设中必须加强文化建设,改善管理,依靠企业文化作为其内在发展的动力,实现自身的生存与发展。
