高职院校教学管理的现状调查与对策分析

教学管理是高职院校管理工作的重中之重,是维持教学秩序正常运行、实现既定的人才培养目标的根本保证。本文运用文献资料法和分析调查法,阐述了当前高职院校教学管理存在的主要问题,并结合自己多年的工作经验,对高职院校的教学管理提出自己的创新观点和对策。
