新时期构建高校良性资助体系的思考

本文通过目前高校贫困生资助的实践,分析了资助体系在其操作层面上存在的主要问题,并从政府、社会、高校、学生四个方面,就如何采取更加切合实际的政策性措施,强化基础性工作,完善与创新资助体系,进行了理论和实践的探讨。

This article lives the subsidization impoverished through the present university the practice, has analyzed the subsidization system the subject matter which exists in its operation stratification plane, and from the government, the society, the university, the student four aspects, how to take a more realistic policy-type measure, strengthens the foundational work, the consummation and the innovation subsidization system, has carried on the theory and the practice discussion.
