摘要
在管理过程中,无论是政策的制定者还是政策的执行者无不都在追求理性地做出行动,希望在"理性"的驱使下确保自己能够正确、科学而有效地实现其活动目标,并因此建立起"理性模式"来指导管理活动。但是,人的理性是有限的,因此,在归纳人类理性行为机制基础上而建立起的"理性模式"也是具有一定的局限的,对这些局限进行充分的认识对于管理活动来说意义不可小觑。
In management process, regardless of being the policy decision maker or the policy performer is pursuing rationally makes the motion, hoped in 'rationality'under the obligation guaranteed oneself can correctly, scientifically and achieves its moving target effectively, and, therefore establishes'the rational pattern'to instruct the management activity. But, human's rationality is limited, therefore, in induces in the human rational behavior machine-made foundation to establish'the rational pattern'is also has certain limitation, carried on the full understanding to these limitations not to be possible to belittle regarding the management activity significance.
