摘要
从1998年房地产改革以来,我国房地产业有了突飞猛进的发展。但同时也存在着房地产价格不合理持续上涨、房地产投机性需求日益增加、市场运作不规范等突出矛盾和问题,对此国家也曾出台一系列的宏观调控政策。本文立足于我国房地产经济发展的现状,分析了我国土地、金融、税收、保障性住房等房地产宏观调控政策的作用以及所存在的问题,并提出相应的政策调控思路与方法,促进我国房地产业健康有序发展。
From the market improving in 1998,real cstatc market developed quickly in China.But it is positive that prices raised innormally,speculative needs grown increasingly and the market is confuse and so on.Because of these questions,the government has adopted a series of macro——control policies.During focusing on current situations of the Real cstatc market economy ,we analyse the policies of land、finance、tax、low-income housing as well as its defaults.It gives some suggestions and idears about resolving the problems,on order to improve Real cstatc market developed healthily.
