经济法的地位

地位问题在传统部门法领域里往往是被忽略的,或者被认为是不言自明的,因为人们往往认为传统部门法的"地位"不应存在问题。但是,对于经济法之类的新兴部门法,学者一般都认为必须对其地位问题作出说明,于是也就产生了对其深入研究的必要。
