关于企业思想政治工作的几点思考

企业在开展思想政治工作的过程中,必须以生产经营为中心,服务和服从于这一中心;必须更加贴近职工、贴近实际,从而凝聚人心,调动职工的积极性。只有更好地把思想政治工作与企业的发展相结合,思想政治工作就会成为提高企业经济效益的助推器。

Enterprises,in the process of carrying out ideological and political work,must center for production management,and serve and be subject to the center;must be more close to the workers,must be practical,thus,unite the whole staff and arouse the enthusiasm of the workers.Only by better combining the ideological and political work with enterprise's development,will the ideological and political work improve economic efficiency of enterprises.
