摘要
与美国、英国、荷兰相比,我国本科教学评估中存在政府权力过大的现象,表现出鲜明的强制性特点。重新审视政府在教育发展中的职能与角色定位不单是一个简单强化或弱化的问题,而是一个适时转变和不断优化的问题。政府在高等教育评估中的职能转变,不是政府职能的削弱,而是在更高层次上的加强。
The United States,Britain,the Netherlands compared to evaluation of undergraduate education in China there is the phenomenon of excessive government power,showing a distinctive compulsory features.Re-examine the development of educa-tion in government functions and roles not only strengthen or weaken a simple problem,but changes in a timely and continuous optimization.Assessment in higher education in the government function transformation,not the weakening of government func-tions,but at a higher level of strengthening.
