摘要
女大学生在高校中的比例逐年上升,男女大学生在诸多方面存在显著的性别差异,高校辅导员的性别意识在学生管理工作中对学生会产生无形的影响。本文着重探究高校辅导员在学生管理中存在的性别问题及原因,并分析对学生的影响,提出相应的对策。
Female college students in the College proportion has increased in many aspects of male and female students there are significant gender differences,college counselor's gender awareness in the student management of student work generated intangible effects.This article focuses on exploring the students of College Counselors in the Management of gender issues and causes,and ana-lyze the impact on students,the corresponding countermeasures.
