对医院文化建设现状与对策的若干思考

目前的医院文化建设存在背离于医院文化内涵的现象:流于形式,急于求成,缺乏创新。针对这三种医院文化建设的误区,笔者提出构建优秀医院文化的对策。只有找准医院文化建设的关键所在,才能打造医院优秀文化,增强医院的凝聚力和核心竞争力。

At present,there is departure from the hospital culture phenomenon in the cultural connotation of the hospital: a mere formality,anxious,lack of innovation.Culture for the construction of three hospital errors,the author proposes building good measures of hospital culture.Only identify the key hospital culture to create a hospital culture of excellence and enhance the cohesion of the hospital and core competitiveness.
