高校教师思想政治工作的调查及分析——我院教师思想状况调查报告

为了了解新时期教师思想状况,探求新形势下高校教师思想政治工作的新方法,从而充分调动广大教师的积极性,开展有针对性的思想政治工作,本文围绕调研主题在学院教师中开展了调查研究和研讨交流。通过调查分析总结教师思想政治工作,同时提出了教师思想政治工作面临的困难、问题及对策。

Under the new situation,in order to understand the ideological status of teachers and explore new ways to do the ideological and political work of university teachers,this article around the theme of this research conducted at the college teachers in research and discussions and exchange to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers to carry out targeted ideological and political work.The summary of teachers by investigating the ideological and political work raised the difficulties,problems and solutions.
