摘要
军事院校的管理必须重视院校的发展战略,充分运用现代管理理论、管理技术和方法,实施精确管理。本文尝试将平衡计分卡用于军事院校的绩效管理,从部队用户、服务保障、内部管理流程和学习成长四个维度,初步构建了围绕总体战略目标的绩效管理指标体系。
Military academies must pay attention to the development of management strategies,to make full use of modern management theory,management techniques and methods.This paper attempts to apply the Balanced Scorecard to performance management of military academies,from the four dimensions of military users,service assurance,internal management processes and learning and growth,initially built the performance management index system over the overall strategic objectives.
