摘要 美国作为"9.11"事件的受害者在全球范围内发起一场反恐战争。布什政府时期,以单边主义为主要特征的反恐政策成为"布什主义"的重要组成部分;奥巴马上台后对反恐政策做出了明显调整。 The US takes '9.11' event's victim globally to initiate a war on terror.The Bush Administration time,by the unilateralism becomes 'the Bush doctrine' for chief feature's anti-terrorist policy the important component;After the Austria Pama comes on stage,has made the obvious adjustment to the anti-terrorist policy.
