试析民主观及其基本原则

民主本意是多数人的统治,现代的民主观因人们的阶级立场不同而呈现出多样性。通过对西方民主观和马克思主义民主观的考察,我们看到民主作为一种国家治理形式,有其相通的原则。这些原则构成了现代民主制度基本的内涵。
