浅议档案安全管理工作

档案的安全管理工作是档案工作的重要组成部分,是档案工作的核心内容。本文特别对突发事件时的档案安全管理工作做了一些阐述,归纳起来要做到两点,一是在思想上要提高档案者的安全防范意识和自我保护意识;二是在行动上要建立和完善重要档案的保护机制,从而保护好重要档案乃至绝大多数档案信息的安全,使档案的管理工作更加严格和规范。

The file security management is an important component of archival work,is the archival work core issue.This particular file when the safety of emergency management has made some elaborate,sum up to do two things,first,in thinking of those files to improve security awareness and self-protection;second is to build in action and improve the protection of critical files,important files to protect the security of information and even the vast majority of files,so file management is more strict and standardized.
