摘要
文章分析了当前煤炭企业人力资源管理的存在用人制度僵化、缺乏竞争机制;分配制度滞后,缺乏动力机制;绩效评估传统,缺乏科学合理;文化氛围薄弱,缺乏形成合力等难点问题,探讨从用人制度、分配制度、绩效评估、企业文化等方面寻找相应的对策。
This paper analyzes the current coal presence of Human Resource Management rigid employment system,the lack of competition;distribution system lag,lack of motivation mechanisms;traditional performance evaluation,the lack of scientific and rational;culture is weak,difficult problems such as lack of formed together to explore from the personnel system,distribution system,performance evaluation,corporate culture,to find the corresponding countermeasures.
