构建边境和谐警民关系的意义现状及路径选择

为构建和谐警民关系,公安边防部队做了诸多探索,也取得了一定成效,但在边防监督执法、服务观念等方面,与人民群众的新要求还有一定差距。本文分析了新时期构建和谐警民关系的意义,并针对当前构建和谐警民关系的现状剖析了存在的问题,最后结合实践提出了新时期构建和谐警民关系的对策。
