摘要
物权法定原则是物权法的一项基本并且重要的权利,也是物权法立法精神的重要体现。但是,物权法定并不一定意味着固守僵化的法律规定,物权法定原则不仅仅要坚持法定还要给物权一定的自由发展空间。
The real right legal principle is reality of laws one item basic and the important right,is also reality of laws legislation spirit important manifestation.But,the real right legal not necessarily means that defends stubbornly ossified the legal rule,the real right legal principle not only need insist legal must give the real right certain free development opportunities.
