摘要
本文通过对多家企业访谈获得的一手资料,总结了目前企业人力资源管理的现状和人力资源管理专业学生必备的素质,并在此基础上提出了高校人力资源管理专业人才培养的一些建议,包括科学设置专业课程、合理安排实践课程、有针对性地培养学生职业个性。
This article through a material which obtains to many enterprise interviews,summarized the present enterprise human resources management present situation and the human resources management college major's necessary quality,based on this and proposed the university human resources management professional raises some suggestions,including the science establishment special course,the possible arrangement practice curriculum,raise the student professional individuality target-oriented.
