突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系研究:美国经验的审视

公共卫生是政府社会管理的一项基本职责。当前我国正处在社会经济发展的关键时期,过程中出现的突发的、危及群体性健康的事件正在危害社会安定与公众健康。本文以美国突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系为例,分析以美国为代表的发达国家公共危机管理体系的主要内容及探索我国公共危机管理体系的建设与完善。
