教育信息化的文化观

在信息化的大背景下,人们的思维和行动方式改变了,教育信息化的产生和发展松动了传统的教育文化,引发了新的教育文化观、新的教育文化变迁。目前对于教育信息化的研究多从技术学视角展开,鲜少有人从文化的视角来进行研究。本文则从文化的角度来研究教育信息化的文化功能,讨论新的教育信息化的文化观。
