对我国政府投资项目管理的思考

在我国经济逐渐摆脱金融危机的过程中,政府投资拉动起了决定性的作用。一大批市政工程、基建设施、产业项目陆续上马。但长期的计划经济模式下的决策思维与决策方式,使得我国政府投资项目管理的水平存在着一些问题,从而制约了效率的提升,不利于国有资产的保值与增值。本文就当前我国政府投资项目管理提出了改进意见。
