“村两委一肩挑”中存在的问题、对策及其思考

农村的治理关乎到国家的发展和稳定,亦关乎到农民这个庞大群体的切身利益。近些年来,一些地方在村委会工作中推行"村两委一肩挑",随之便出现了领导"一言堂"、干群矛盾恶化等不良现象。针对这些现象,我们不得不去思考:"村两委一肩挑"是否存在问题?我们又应该采取什么样的对策呢?

The countryside government concerns to the national development and stable,also concerns to the farmer this huge community's vital interest.Recent year,some places carry out 'the village two committee multi-taskers' in the village committee work,then presented the leadership along with it 'the practice of 'what I say goes'',the cadres and the masses contradictory worsening and so on undesirable tendency.In view of these phenomena,we can not but ponder:'village two committee multi-taskers' whether to have the problem? What countermeasure should we take?
