技术应用型院校大学生科创团队建设研究

目前,技术应用型人才是主导未来科技创新的坚实力量。因此对于他们的培养具有划时代的意义。本文针对技术应用型院校大学生的发展特点,指出技术应用型院校大学生科创团队建设的现实意义,并提出通过建立信息反馈系统,开放自主的管理机制以及民主管理的学生组织,着力打造一支有创新能力的大学生科创团队。
