摘要
在公办高等学校着力深化人事制度改革的同时,人事争议问题愈加突出。然而,我国的人事争议防御和救济制度尚有诸多不完善之处,本文拟从一起案例入手,对人事争议若干问题进行研究。
The personnel dispute presents itself as a growing problem when state-run universities and colleges are deepening their reform on personnel system.Meanwhile the corresponding legal system in the aspects of dispute prevention and relief are far from meeting the needs.This paper is intended to analyze the key issues in personnel disputes through a case study in the hope of shedding light on the problem.
