摘要
交通工程企业人力资源绩效管理可以分为制定绩效考核方案,实施绩效考核制度,进行绩效评估,将考核结果予以运用四个方面,但具体实施中仍然面临诸多现实难题,可以从突出绩效考核的差异化、合理确定绩效考核目标、选取科学的评价方法、合理选取激励内容等方面进行创新。
The traffic engineering enterprise human resources achievements management may divide into the formulation achievements inspection plan,the implementation achievements system of examining and assessment,carries on the achievements appraisal,will inspect the result to utilize four aspects,but implemented specifically still faced many realistic difficult problems,might from the prominent achievements inspection variation,reasonable determination achievements inspection aspects and so on goal,selection science assessment method,reasonable selection drive content carry on the innovation.
