农民安置型社区管理和服务问题探究——以常州市BG街道为个案

城市化在催生农民安置型社区的同时,也带来了社区组织机构重组、失地农民保障、物业管理等一系列管理和服务的新问题。本文以常州市农民安置型社区建设的实践为基础,对其现状进行描述,对存在的问题进行分析并提出建议。

Urbanization has led to the peasant allocation community,also brought restructuring of the community organization,land-lost farmers to safeguard,property management,and so on a series of management and service of new questions at the same time.Based on the construction of Changzhou city peasant allocation community,the article describes the situation,analyses the existing problems and puts forward some Suggestions.
