对新形势下高校辅导员角色的几点思考

中共中央、国务院颁布的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》强调,必须把大学生思想政治教育摆在党和政府工作的重要位置,同时指出,思想政治教育工作队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的组织保证,高校学生思想政治辅导员、班主任是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。新形势下高校学生辅导员要做学生成长的引路人、做学生生活的贴心人、做充满人文关怀的服务者和思想政治工作的生力军。
